Job Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML projects
from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI-based solutions.
Develop and optimize advanced
machine learning models
for various applications, including recommendation engines, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software developers, data scientists, product managers) to integrate AI/ML solutions into the company’s products and services.
Drive the architecture and implementation of AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and efficient.
Mentor and guide junior engineers
by reviewing code, providing technical advice, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Conduct research and develop algorithms for new AI initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy requirements when designing AI systems.
Monitor the performance of AI models in production and optimize them over time.
Work closely with the leadership team to align AI/ML efforts with company objectives and contribute to strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
8 to 12 years of experience
in AI/ML development and deployment.
Expertise in
machine learning algorithms
and experience in training and fine-tuning deep learning models.
Proficient in programming languages like
Python
and frameworks such as
TensorFlow
or
PyTorch .
Experience with
cloud platforms
such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and scaling.
Strong understanding of
big data
frameworks like Hadoop, Spark for processing large datasets.
Experience with
MLOps
tools and practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production.
Hands-on experience in
NLP or computer vision
applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with reinforcement learning, generative AI, or AI for edge devices.
Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or published research in AI.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker for AI model containerization.
