joining our team to oversee an upcoming opportunity supporting a cabinet level Government Agency with a vital national Mission centered on the concerns of the Nation's energy and environmental resources.HOW A PROGRAM SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Point of Contact for overall Contractor performance and quality assurance as specific in the performance measures and metrics contained in each BPA OrderResponsible for service support and service delivery adjustments, corrections, and improvements by developing, implementing, and maintaining continual service improvement processesResponsible for reporting Contractor performance on a regularly scheduled basisResponsible for providing corrective action plans for any IT service that performs below its established standardEnsures customer feedback is collected and utilized to develop customer centric IT solutions, enabling continuous improvement of the customer experienceWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education:Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management or another scientific or technical disciplineRequired Experience:10+ years of relevant professional work experienceRequired Technical Skills:Strong working knowledge of the following:
MS Office suite, including Word, complex Excel files, and PowerPointMS Project
Required Skills and Abilities:Must possess at least
one
of these certifications:
PMPLean Six Sigma Black BeltITIL Intermediate, Expert, or Master-Level
Demonstrated experience with hiring staff against GSA schedule labor category descriptions and qualificationsExperience with BPA contract vehicles and task based orderingDemonstrated leadership skillsAdditional Requirements:US CitizenshipWill need to identify 3 relevant projects in which you participated in the past 5 years that were supported/completed by candidate:
Provide information for potential reference checks (telephone number, title, value and scope of work, completion date, POC information); please describe your role in the project
Need to provide 3 business references for potential government vetting (can be same as project experience references)Security Clearance Level:Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance within six (6) months after contract award
Applicant must be eligible to attain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment
