All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any actual or perceived protected characteristic or other unlawful consideration.Our commitment is to:Strive to apply an equity lens to all our work.Become an anti-racist organization.Create an equitable work environment.About the RoleProvides Business Analyst services as an internal consultant to CHPW business functions to support business requirements elicitation, essential research, documentation, process mapping, workflow design, and improvement recommendations to various Enterprise Services programs such as Strategic Planning, Vendor Oversight, and Project Management Office.To be successful in this role, you:Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst or other role with responsibility for developing business requirements and supporting documentation, process review, including reports, process, and data flow diagrams.Have prior experience in a Program Management or Project Management Office (PMO) setting.Have experience in grant management, compliance, audit, or similar structured programs as applicable.Have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or Business Analyst Certificate; or other formal training in requirements management, analysis, or project and program management preferred.Prior experience with data visualization and workflow tools, such as Smartsheet.Prior experience supporting health care strongly considered.Experience in an internal or external consulting role strongly considered.Medicaid, Medicare, and other health care industry experience strongly considered.Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:Provides analyst support to Enterprise Program Managers and Project Managers for initiating, managing, and controlling programs and projects.Works extensively within CHPW’s Enterprise models and systems such as

Balanced Scorecard Planning frameworkPredictive and adaptive management frameworksSmartsheet project and workflow managementMicrosoft suites (Teams, SharePoint, Visio)Tableau

Provides direct and independent consultation and analysis support to all areas of the company and at all leadership levels.Works with the Enterprise Services team to develop and implement processes and tools such as charters, requirements documents, RFPs, and process diagrams.Develops information sources and communications to improve decision making within Enterprise Programs.Presents information, data, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal) to support effective decision making at all levels of the enterprise.Contributes to CHPW’s culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement.Champions strong Equity, Governance, Quality and Community values in our culture.Other duties as assigned.
