We're looking for community-minded professionals willing to meet our families where they are, to support and empower them with the skills, tools, knowledge and resources they need to overcome obstacles.
You're the right person for the role if you are proactive, collaborative and a clear communicator. You have good rapport building skills and a willingness to sit in uncomfortable situations to obtain desired outcomes.
WHAT OUR CLINICIANS DO
Provide strength based, trauma informed, mental health services to families in the community, office or via telehealth
Foster relationships within the agency and collaborate with system partners (CPS, Juvenile Justice, Homeless resources, etc.) to coordinate care
Provide and document Medi-Cal services including intake, assessment, and other therapeutic interventions including individual, family and group therapy
Participate in Clinical Supervision per BBS and County contract requirements
WHO YOU ARE
Someone who has graduated from a Master's program and is pursuing licensure as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Clinical Counselor (APCC)
Someone with a passion for empowering youth AND their families to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals
Someone who is self-sufficient and can function independently in the community while also being able to collaborate equally with team members
Someone who has at least 1 year of experience providing services to youth and their families

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The hiring range for this position is listed below and represents the minimum and maximum hiring base pay for this position at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, skills and experiences
Pay Range $73,700-81,400
