The Vice-President, Loyalty will be responsible for directing our efforts to build and foster lasting customer relationships through engaging and personalized experiences. The relaunch of our Loyalty programs is a core company strategic effort to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce customer churn in service of our overall business goals.This leader will work with our executive team and engage cross-functional leaders and teams across Marketing, Analytics, Stores, Merchandising & Planning, Customer Support and Technology as well as external partners to reimagine our Loyalty programs from the ground up and bring our customer relationship vision to life. Our Loyalty programs will exemplify our customer value proposition and deliver on strategies that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and business value.What You’ll Do | Key AccountabilitiesOwn the strategic vision and design of Tailored Brands loyalty programs across our banners. This will include:Defining program objectives and KPIsDelivering customer acquisition and retention strategiesDefining and optimizing customer segmentation and personalization strategiesEnhancing the loyalty experience across our stores and websites

Direct the go-to-market planning and execution of the Loyalty program relaunch.Inspire the cross-functional organization to deliver breakthrough customer-centric experiences with tight execution across the entire customer journey.Manage a direct team of talented retention marketers and partner with Brand, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Store, Web, Customer Success, and Media teams to bring our retention vision to life, delivering measurable increases across LTV and retention rates, channel revenue goals, and brand affinity.Define business requirements during technology platform development and oversee operations post-initial launch.Integrate current personalization capabilities into loyalty program and elevate personalization efforts across our marketing channels.Establish and deliver on KPI metrics for the loyalty and personalization programs in support of broader business strategies and goals.Define, harness and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be leveraged to enhance loyalty programs and overall customer experience.Develop a testing roadmap that evaluates and optimizes loyalty benefits, rewards, communication channels and messaging. Share results across company to ensure integration of efforts throughout the customer journey.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our loyalty programs remain innovative and competitive.What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience15+ years of digital marketing, loyalty programs and/or CRM/customer marketing experience – ideally rooted in eCommerce/retail environments. Prior experience developing and executing strategic customer retention marketing programs with a focus on Apparel, Beauty, or Food.A history of building and leveraging customer segmentation strategies and defining and enhancing customer journeys that increase customer engagement to drive business results.Creative thought leader with demonstrated understanding of the power of the brand in serving and delighting customers throughout the experience.Direct experience in building and managing consumer loyalty programs – program launch / relaunch experience preferred.A data-driven mindset, with a proven track record of hypothesis-driven testing resulting in increased business performance, with a deep set of best practices at their fingertips.Dynamic leader with experience leading teams cross-functionally in go-to market planning and world-class execution.Ability to work across organizational boundaries to get things done in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.A positive attitude while being hyper-organized and comfortable multi-tasking.Innovative problem solver, intensely detail-oriented and results-focused.Empathetic leader that inspires direct reports and teams to achieve world-class results with a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent written, presentation, creative, strategic thinking, analytical, and relationship management skills.Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 30% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
