A&D market, as well as commercial flooring contractors and key end-users in sectors like healthcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales activities from lead generation through to sales closure, managing both specified and unspecified projects.

Identify and build relationships with top architectural firms, flooring contractors, and commercial interior designers within your territory.

Track commercial projects from specification through completion, utilizing advanced spec software to maintain a strong pipeline.

Use CRM systems effectively to manage client interactions and update project information.

Lead product initiatives and promotions aimed at increasing sales and gaining market share, while providing accurate monthly sales forecasts.

Gather competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.

Qualifications:

Must reside in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and possess proven sales experience.

At least two years of experience in commercial flooring sales, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

Six figure base salary

Uncapped commission
