As our Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will support and manage the customer relationship in our Tulsa, OK market. You will participate in R1 strategy development as a thought leader and content expert. Every day, you will be expected to directly influence and assist in maturing several key processes such as financial analyses, process performance report creation, model and tool development, process flows, group meeting facilitation, and client relationship development. To thrive you must be a high-performing hands-on individual who has proven delivery with a strong understanding of the revenue cycle process and communication skillset.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

Work on-site at least 3 days a week, with other days remote.

Leverage your industry expertise to craft a strategic vision and secure client buy-in.

Propel team performance towards exceptional achievements and high-quality results.

Serve as liaison between the service delivery team, enterprise operations team, and the client.

Supervise and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and business operations throughout the entire revenue cycle for client hospitals.

Assume responsibility for all management decisions related to daily operations within assigned hospital(s).

Collaborate with the client’s c-suite and CFO to drive impactful results.

Obtain executive client buy-in for complex projects and initiatives.

Support and prepare weekly and monthly performance meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

3-5 Years of Revenue Cycle or consulting experience with steady advancement into leadership roles.

Proven leadership ability.

Ability to work cross-functionally.

Must be in Tulsa, OK area or willing to relocate.

Analytical Skills – Understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to aggregate, analyze, and communicate data trends.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $109,118.00 - $141,475.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
