Enterprise Project Managers collaborate with process owners, technology owners, and stakeholders to identify project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Enterprise Project Managers create and oversee multidisciplinary project teams comprised of operational staff, affiliates, and vendors. They are responsible for ensuring the project timeline, budget, scope, and quality objectives are achieved as well as appropriate project management methodology applied.This position's responsibilities include traditional project management of an assigned project, project advising for operational staff and or project coordination / administrative activities in support of a multi workstream effort.Responsibilities

Project Planning/Implementation:Plan, coordinate and implement projects as assigned by the manager.Developing the Project CharterDefining project goals, deliverables, and scopeDefining project requirementsDefining milestones and associated timelineIdentifying project risks, and developing mitigation plansTracking and creatively resolve issues that relate to the projectMaintain project documentationCollaboration:Work successfully with multidisciplinary project teams. This involves interacting with many different levels of staff, alliance partners and affiliated organizations and working with resource managers to obtain resource assignments.Work with team members to obtain quality project deliverables.Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; give and welcome feedback.Communication:Effectively use written and oral communication skills. This includes meeting facilitation; the efficient use of e-mail; creation of clear, concise project documents and presentations.Manage requests for changes to scope, schedule, and budget according to defined project change control procedures.Develop and execute project communication plan.Provide appropriate status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.Prioritization and Time Management:Work with department manager to assess and prioritize project workload based on organizational and departmental goals.Delegate work assignments appropriately.Set expectations and monitor delegated activities.Flexibility:Successfully manage multiple projects in varied environments and adapt to different project needs, constraints, and barriers.Perform other/additional duties in support of the Project Management Office as needed.Technology and Methodology Skills:Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills in Project Management Methodologies.Stays knowledgeable in applicable areas of expertise i.e., Information Technology, Business Process Improvement Methodologies, Clinical Applications, etc.Leadership:Effectively influence actions and opinions of othersProvide leadership to project teamsWork as a partner with the organization's leadership in achieving solutionsProject Administration:Scheduling meetings, conferences, and seminarsComposing memos, reports, and minutesMaintain project risk/issue logsCreating/updating project plans PPM toolCreating/updating Visio workflow diagramsCreation and maintenance of project workspaces in SharePointWork with Project Managers/Leads to track and collect deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Production of custom and recurring reports.Perform other project responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications

Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.6-8 years of Project Management experience or equivalentPMP CertificationExtensive experience with software implementation life cycleAdvanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Project Management methodologies and toolsAdvanced ability to aggressively manage timelines and team deliverablesExperience managing project budgets over $500kAble to provide leadership at the Program Manager level when neededAbility to deliver at the Program Manager level, including completing a portfolio of projectsExperience managing vendors and contract staffExperience managing teams over 25Experience managing sub-project teamsExperience working with Leadership and all levels of managementExperience working in a matrixed environmentExperience working in a healthcare environmentExperience working with Information TechnologyAdvanced change management skillsAdvanced Organizational and planning skillsAdvanced decision-making skillsAdvanced Facilitation skillsAdvanced computer skillsPreferred:Experience in a health care environment preferredExperience working in a healthcare environment and in clinic operationsExperience with vendor selection and or contract negotiationsExperience with process improvement methodologyPrevious experience working in a PMO environment with an established Project Management Methodology.Experience with SharePoint and PPM tools.Experience with/interest in business analysis and/or technical writingA statement describing your commitment and contributions toward greater diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism in your career or that will be made through your work at Fred Hutch is requested of all finalists.The annual base salary range for this position is from $118,560.00 to $187,387.00 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a
