Mining Systems Co-ordinator

that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed Open Pit team on the convenience of a 5:2, 4:3 10hr day residential roster.Here’s what awaits you:Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the primary role is administering mining systems, coaching Dispatch team, co-ordinating and mentoring the Communications department within the Open Pits Mining Team.To thrive in this role, you’ll need:Qualifications:Tertiary Qualification in Mining or relevant experience.Formal Leadership and Supervisory Training (i.e. Frontline Management Certificate or higher) or relevant experience.SQL/Power BI or relevant experience.Formal Dispatch certification or relevant experience.Desired Experience & Competencies:A minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in the mining systems portfolio in an open pit mine including a minimum of Five (5) years in a Supervisor role in a similar sized operation.Strong leadership experience and ability to engage and empower teams.Experience in performance management of team members enhancing team self-esteem with the ability to coach, mentor and drive outcomes.Advanced Fleet Management Administration skillset preferably with Wenco FMS systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey information to various stakeholders, including Dispatch staff, technology teams, and non-technical users.Database administration (Connected Mine/PowerBI).Budget Management.Ability to mentor Dispatch teams to drive efficiency and coach preferred operation of the Wenco Fleet Management System. This may include multiple site Dispatching.2way and LTE network management.Potential for future multi site integration on other NSR assets.Good computer literacy with ability to use integrated management systems, Microsoft office suite, INX and Pronto.Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Manual Drivers Licence.Passion for Growth:
