About the opportunity:We are looking for a strategic

Senior People Operations Manager

to join our dynamic team and scale our HR processes. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will support day-to-day operations, including new employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance, fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle to provide the ultimate white glove service to our employees. You will operate with a high degree of integrity and transparency to ensure Jerry’s people operations are reliable and seamless. Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers

Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Help gather feedback from employees and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment.

Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems. Help with the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.

Preferred experience:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

7+ years of people operations experience (experience weathering a high-growth startup strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law

Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems

Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
