As a (Junior / Senior) business analyst, you will contribute to the development and improvement of our specialty lines products IT landscape through your expertise in agile methodologies and technical analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions / countries and utilize your technical affinity to support digital transformation and business growth in the Mobility areas.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct analysis in business / data / technical analyses and translate them into user stories, visualize and break down complex processes into manageable components.Utilize knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to support the development and integration of IT landscapes.Perform manual testing.Independently learn and discover new concepts and technologies, while seeking support when necessary, to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.RequirementsExperience with agile methodologies, with a preference for Scrum, and the ability to write user stories following agile and lean specifications.Proficiency in business, data, and technical analysis, particularly for complex processes, including the skills to visualize and break down end-to-end processes into smaller components.Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical affinity with IT landscapes and integrations.Ability to work independently, with a willingness to learn and discover, while also being open to seeking support when needed.Experience with manual testing and a basic understanding of SQL, with the motivation and willingness to learn more about SQL databases.Basic knowledge of APIs, including testing for REST and Swagger, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence for defect management and product documentation.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Willingness to comprehend complex and interconnected systems, including the ability to understand ER-diagrams and think on an abstract level.Knowledge of development, release, and database tools and setups, such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Postgres.English and German language skills in speaking and writing.Knowledge or prior experience in insurance processes is an advantage.
