Commensurate with experience, with annual salary reviews. Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Director of Ticketing to lead our ticketing operations. This key leadership position involves hands-on event management and strategic oversight, ensuring efficient processes and superior service. The Director of Ticketing manages all ticketing operations, ensuring efficient processes and superior service. It is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

Strategize: Develop innovative ticketing strategies, pricing tactics, and inventory management processes.

Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, finance, and promoters to optimize sales and promotional outcomes.

Lead: Serve as the primary on-site ticketing expert during events, managing challenges and ensuring seamless operations.

Mentor: Inspire and lead your ticketing and box-office teams, fostering a culture of excellence and outstanding customer service.

Optimize: Ensure the efficiency of ticketing systems, driving data analysis and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 5 years of ticketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role in large venues or live entertainment.

Proficiency in major ticketing systems (e.g., Tessitura, Ticketmaster) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
