They oversee investigations, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with team goals while providing guidance during complex cases. The role involves collaborating with HR leaders to implement best practices and resolve performance issues.Your Key Job FunctionsLeads a team of Team Member Relations (TMR) Specialists
Oversees Team Member Relations Specialists and is dedicated to their continued individual success and development.Inspection and validation of investigations to ensure we are delivering best in class service and meeting our team goals.Provides guidance and support to TMR Specialists during complex investigations.Works with PW (HR) Leaders to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance final outcomes or resolutions.
Conducts Escalated Investigations
Leads and/or guides complex investigations at and above Restaurant level.Instills trust and confidence by being objective and clearly communicating the rationale behind recommendations.Demonstrates influence with team and leaders across multiple levels of the organization.Assists/partners with leaders with performance concerns, disciplinary action recommendations, and conflict management issues.
Policy Compliance
Ensures that investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies, brand standards and legal requirements.Stays informed about relevant employment laws and shares learnings with their direct reports.
Training and Facilitation
Facilitates various formal educational programs that train restaurant leaders on accountability, policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Partners closely with PW (HR) Leadership and Legal to ensure the TMR team is communicating fair and consistent resolutions.Summarizes findings from cases, identifies gaps/trends, and discusses proactive solutions with PW (HR) leaders that impact the business.Other related duties and special projects as assigned.What You Bring to the TeamBachelor’s Degree in either Business or Human Resource Management.1-2 years of Employment Law is preferred.Bilingual fluency skills are preferred.Considerable knowledge of employee relations and labor law; the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.Thorough understanding of data collection procedures and HR analytics.Able to research information and analyze data converting it to a plan of action.Able to prepare detailed reports and recommendations, representing ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Able to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.Highly effective at participating in difficult, often emotionally charged conversations that lead to clarity around issues, expectations, consequences, and next steps.Ability to rotate weekend coverage for Crisis Hotline.
