Job ID: 2806529 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.The Sr. Enablement Lead, Field Managers is responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive programs that empower and equip AWS field managers within the AWS organization. The primary objective of this role is to provide field managers with the necessary resources, training, and support to drive high performance and increase adoption of AWS solutions within their teams.

This role requires a collaborative, cross-functional approach, as the Sales Operations team works closely with stakeholders globally to identify gaps, scale enablement initiatives, and ensure field managers are well-prepared to have impactful and meaningful conversations with customers. By curating centralized enablement resources, scaling effective coaching programs, and developing robust organizational frameworks, the Sales Operations team aims to enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of field managers, ultimately contributing to improved team performance, higher adoption of AWS solutions, and better customer outcomes.

Key job responsibilitiesProvide field managers with easy access to all the necessary tools, content, and information required for them to be effective in their roles. This includes developing and maintaining a centralized repository of enablement resources, such as training materials, best practices, sales playbooks, and customer success stories.Improve field managers' productivity and their ability to align their teams' efforts with strategic business goals. This may involve designing and implementing organizational frameworks, performance management systems, and data-driven insights that enable field managers to make informed decisions and optimize their teams' activities.Enhance field managers' coaching and change management capabilities, empowering them to better support and develop their teams. This could include designing and delivering tailored training programs, facilitating peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to field managers.Enable the successful implementation and global adoption of the enablement initiatives developed by the Sales Operations team. This may involve collaborating with regional and local stakeholders to customize and localize the enablement programs, as well as providing support and guidance during the rollout and adoption phases.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
