Sunoco LP is the largest wholesale fuel supplier in the U.S., supplying fuel to over 8,000 locations in North America.The Sales Strategy and Imaging Senior Manager will be a key member of the business development leadership team with responsibility for accelerating branded growth. This position requires a team leader with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relationship skills, and a passion for success.Job ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to identify and analyze strategic opportunities to grow the business. Develop business cases and recommendations for growth and present to senior management.Serve as a liaison between business development and other core functions including account management, sales operations, transportation, legal, procurement, marketing, and others to collaborate on process improvements and EBITDA growth strategies.Develop and implement KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and analysis for the business development team which drive action and provide clear visibility into team performance.Lead a team of branding and imaging project managers by ensuring appropriate project allocation, validating accurate project tracking in Salesforce, establishing KPIs, removing roadblocks, and managing team performance.Partner with the procurement team and key vendors to ensure outside vendors are hitting KPIs related to imaging sites. Implement strategies and tactics to optimize the branding and imaging process and ultimately reduce the time to image sites.Oversee and accelerate the onboarding process for new sites.Oversight of capital budget related to imaging sites. Manage monthly forecasting activities for capital across the business development team.Manage implementation and rollout of food program pilots at retail sites. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and oversee the distribution of annual rebates.Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects as needed.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including strategy, operations, and project management.At least 3 years’ experience managing and leading teams.Self-starter who excels working on ambiguous and challenging problems.Experience in strategy development and execution, data analysis, project management, vendor management, and process optimization.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to oversee multiple projects while managing a team.Strong oral and written communication skills.
