The Integrated Offers Sr. Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives to define, plan and implement new end-to-end customer integrations as well as establish, maintain and implement a clear roadmap to enhance, scale, and continuously develop existing programs.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads customer discovery sessions, RFP, and business requirements documentationTranslate business and customers’ needs into detailed requirements, document existing processes, and lead SMEs to define and implement standard and robust solutionsBuild, manage, and implement Integrated Offers roadmap by identifying current gaps, proposing and developing new capabilities to continuously improve customer experience and business needsReview and recommend system solutions for new customer programs and ensure alignment to roadmapWork with project team and SMEs to identify technical solutions and constraints to propose best course of actionReview implementation of process and systems enhancements, and lead implementation of key initiativesBuild business cases with commercial team and lead projects through internal stage gate funding processManages Balance Score Card, Enhancements process, and Steering Committee for the Integrated Offers teamEnsure knowledge transfer across the organization promoting a virtuous improvement cycleLead high complexity Customer integration projects with large project teams (20+)Establish very strong partnership with commercial leads to speak with one voice to customersReport on project progress in a clear, consistent and concise manner to executive leadershipBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in a related discipline required (IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering), Masters degree preferred8+ years of managing medium to complex projects3+ years technical experience in an Information Technology related roleExperience in the optical industry and/or in a consultancy role highly regardedExperience leading supply chain, financial or IT systems improvements initiatives requiredPrior experience managing large project teams (20+ people) requiredStrong analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsStrong ability to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written form to internal/external customers at all management levelsKnowledge of IT Systems, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain ManagementWell-organized with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work and influence others from different functional areas and levels within and outside the organizationExperience in creating and maintaining project plans, delivering projects on schedule and not exceeding budgetPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PMI and/or SC certification(s) (CPIM/CSCP) preferred
