The Opportunity:As the quality assurance expert, you'll work with engineering, operations, support services, cybersecurity, and program management team members that evaluate developed systems for the organization. You'll review, develop, and implement documentation based on requirements of processes, products, and deliverables.Using analysis of established program documentation, you’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the organizational processes and products are measured, then document the results and communicate defects to the functional teams so they can start improving any non-compliant issues. You'll expand upon your experience in various types of process improvement, to include sharing best practices, metrics analysis, and lessons learned. The world can’t wait.You Have:3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Process ImprovementAbility to conduct unbiased assessments of specific processes, products, and proceduresAbility to research and work independently and as part of a teamAbility to recognize critical areas for improvement and suggest ways to enhance processesAbility to collaborate with different teams across various functional areas to include leadershipTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira applicationsExperience with objectively evaluating Quality Assurance policiesExperience with best practices, metrics, reports, lessons learned, and process improvementsExperience with monitoring and resolving non-compliant issues and process changes through delegation and trackingKnowledge of Quality Assurance activitiesPossession of excellent creativity, problem-solving, analytical, and logical reporting skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsQuality Assurance Auditor (CQA) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
