They oversee daily operations ensuring positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. In this role you will:Think strategically and criticallyTake initiative and work autonomouslyLead and develop a diverse teamManage a profit and loss statementEffectively grow a diverse portfolio of customersManage a fleet inventory mix to maximize revenue and profitBe a safety leader in their branch and set the tone and expectation for the highest safety standardsBe an expert in the equipment rental industry and support continuous learning at the branch on new fleet and equipment applications.What you will do:
Grow revenue for the branch and districtMeet or exceed business plan for the branchAnswer and resolve customer questionsManage your team effectively and efficientlyImplement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety planFleet managementManage profit and loss reporting & operational reviewsGenerate, process, analyze and review the daily business reportsSupport all team membersConduct branch audits & inventory reviewsMaintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standardsRequirements:
High School or GED required, College Degree preferred5-7 years of relatable experienceA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to drive revenue growthAbility to communicate with customersAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to input information into computer systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel ProgramsAbility to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipmentBe able to regularly lift 50lbs or moreAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods of timeMust be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the jobSkills:
