Our Am Law 200 client is seeking an associate who has 3-5 years of privacy, cybersecurity and data breach response experience. This attorney will be handling technology transactions (e.g., IT contracts and negotiations), cybersecurity risk management, privacy program management, and compliance counseling matters, and should have experience counseling clients on IT, technology, privacy and compliance issues. A familiarity with U.S. and international regulations and laws, including CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, LGPD and GDPR is necessary. The ideal candidate will also have one or more certifications with the International Association of Privacy Professionals or be willing to obtain such certifications. This attorney may work in the Chicago, Columbus or Indianapolis office.
