Futu Clearing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage key initiatives within our Broker Dealer’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. A strong background in Prime Brokerage, Execution, Futures, Options, OMS or ATS is preferred. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving system enhancements across multiple product lines, with a particular emphasis on U.S. broker dealers.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while establishing clear project milestones and deadlines.Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and task delegation.Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and address issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, changes, and challenges.
