Futu Clearing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage key initiatives within our Broker Dealer’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. A strong background in Prime Brokerage, Execution, Futures, Options, OMS or ATS is preferred. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving system enhancements across multiple product lines, with a particular emphasis on U.S. broker dealers.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while establishing clear project milestones and deadlines.Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and task delegation.Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and address issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, changes, and challenges. Facilitate project meetings and presentations as needed.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, overseeing quality control processes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests.Continuously assess and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams (technology, operations, compliance, risk) and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and assess risks.Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, CFTC) and industry standards.Support business growth strategies by driving system improvements and operational enhancements.Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Prime Brokerage, Futures, Options, or OMS.Experience working in a Broker Dealer environment with knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management and issue resolution.Proficiency in project management tools.Familiarity with financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC) is a plus.What we offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Salary Range:
