San Diego, CA
area. This position is
Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits-eligible.The pay range for this position is: $25.00 to $27.00This position supports an Affordable portfolio to include Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for formerly chronically homeless individuals and other special needs populations. This includes LIHTC compliance, coordination with supportive services staff, adherence to Housing First principles, supervision of maintenance, efficient budget management, applicant screening, efficient vacancy preparation, maintaining high occupancy rates, rent collections, vendors, and community partner relations.WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:You bring experience with affordable housing/tax credit propertiesYou bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment communityYou can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skillsYou have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovationYou can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reportingYou possess good communication skills both verbal and writtenYou have a passion for helping othersYou have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookYou ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRIYou have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverageWHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERE:CONAM Management Corporation is an experienced, full-service real estate and property management firm which has been in the business for over 40 years.
