Maintenance Director
to join our team at
Carespring Healthcare Management

Loveland, Ohio . You'll be responsible for
preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work
and report directly to the facility Administrator.$52,000 to $65,000 Per YearYou’ll Be Responsible For:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain excellent standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team.Ensuring compliance in building/equipment standards and documents of equipment inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Managing a campus of 200+ residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.You’ll Need To Have:A High School Diploma or GED.Basic hand tools experience.Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems.The ability to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred.The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.We’re Proud To Offer You:Daily Pay (Get paid the same or next day if needed).Paid Time Off.Paid Training.Health Insurance.Dental Insurance.Vision Insurance.Life Insurance.Disability Insurance.401K with Employer Match.Flexible Schedule.Education Scholarships.Continuing Education Credits.Employee Discounts.Exceptional Care
