Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:As the Industrial & Supply Chain Project Manager, you will work directly with the North American Industrial & Supply Chain PMO lead, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Plant teams, Supply Chain teams, Controlling, and other functional areas. You will lead strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring the alignment of goals, enhancing communication, and driving performance improvements across our North American Industrial and Supply Chain operations.Main Responsibilities:Implement problem-solving methodologies to address operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.Manage key strategic projects, setting clear objectives, defining team roles, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.Act as a subject matter expert on strategic planning tools and methods for industrial and supply chain operations.Develop and oversee the strategic master plan for North America and guide the creation of local plant master plans.Organize and facilitate governance routines, including Industrial and Supply Chain board meetings.Lead the objective-setting process for Industrial and Supply Chain functions, aligning with company guidelines.Coordinate periodic project reviews to ensure progress and alignment with priorities.Who We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.8+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management.Strong knowledge of industrial and supply chain processes, with expertise in master planning and project management.Proficient in budget management and cost control processes.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse groups.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong listening skills.Willingness to travel as required.How to be Successful in the Role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
