Senior Project Manager
to oversee their multi-family developments.
Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-family residential construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in multi-family developments and experience with complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of multi-family development projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with client goals.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues proactively.
Lead regular project meetings, providing clear updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage financial aspects of the project, including change orders, payment schedules, and cost control.
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the project team.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative construction methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multi-family developments.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-phase projects with a high level of complexity.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are a plus.
Benefits:
Salary up to $150,000 + performance bonus
