Community Concierge Services (CCS) District Manager
Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly in the Atlanta GA Metro area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week and is currently looking for a motivated individual to assist in managing evening valet trash operations based in Atlanta but also includes areas in surrounding areas. The District Manager will focus on the valet trash services during the evenings and will be provided with a truck stipend or company vehicle. This position has the ability to grow significantly for the right person.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing a part-time workforce.Filling in and completing collection routes at communities.Proactive thinking/problem solving to quickly and responsibly resolve any and all issues relating to service/staffing.Ensure that all routes are covered with porters and fill in routes as needed on assigned properties.Work with current porters to ensure that all CCS expectations are being met/quality audit checks.Work with Regional Manager in staffing new porters as CCS adds new properties or to replace current porters.Problem solve issues with porters during valet trash service.Perform Service Audits on properties after the porter has completed the route.Assist in rolling out new communities including distributing containers/marketing materials/staffing communities.Complete payroll for assigned communities.Work remotely/as needed at communities throughout the daytime. Night time operations typically begin at 6:00 pm and are typically concluded by 11:45 pm each evening (all routes in your district must be covered each night even if that means working outside of these hours). This position will require overseeing weekend (Friday/Saturday) shifts on an alternating schedule, these typically run from 7 pm-10 pm.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well versed in time management, able to clearly communicate, handle physically demanding work for extended periods of time, and be willing to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
