Interim Director of Reward
to join the IPL team in North America. Reporting directly to the VP of Reward, this is a fully remote role and will manage all reward programs in the North American region.**Please note that this is an interim role for a period of 6 months**As an Interim Director of Reward at IPL you will:Implement and manage all reward (compensation, benefits, retirement, wellbeing etc.) programs in line with company policies, legislation and other compliance and regulatory requirements.Lead the delivery of the annual recurring reward processes across the region.Lead the pay management process, including appropriate job sizing, benchmarking and pay positioning, using external survey and data insights.Manage all aspects of the employee benefits program across the region, including the renewal
process, successful open enrolment, communications and engagement and other related initiatives.Develop and manage employee communications and change management strategies to improve employee understanding of our reward programs and their value.Partner with third party provider to manage the processes for global relocations, international assignments and immigration into and out of the region.Manage third party vendors to ensure that we deliver the best outcome for our people and the business.Evaluate the effectiveness of existing reward programs, policies and guidelines, ensuring that they are market competitive, cost effective and aligned with the Global reward strategy.Provide key stakeholders with data, insights and analysis to make appropriate reward decisions in line with Company vision, values and policies.Support the education of HR colleagues and business stakeholders on reward best practice, procedures and trends, ensuring consistency of approach and value for money.Serve as an internal liaison and advisor on all reward matters, partnering with senior leadership and the finance team during the budgeting process and throughout the year.Participate in various global projects, relating to the design of reward policies and tools.Support the due diligence process and review of all reward plans for new mergers and acquisitions.What you will bring to the role:At least 10 years’ experience in reward, with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.Experience working in large complex international MNC environments.Deep knowledge of reward best practices, trends and regulations.Experience developing divisional reward strategies and policies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and
consultation
skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly collaborative with the ability to influence team members and build broader consensus.Growth mindset, a self-starter with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands.If you are interested in this role apply today to find out more!
