The JobAs the Business Development Lead, you’ll work closely with our Head of Brand Partnerships to close clients from all different industries – you’ll identify meaningful and impactful opportunities for branded content collaborations on our Jubilee and Nectar channels. You’ll own elements of our branded content partnerships i.e., sponsored shoutouts, product integrations, and more. You’ll partner closely with our creative and production teams to bring our client’s visions to life - resulting in wins for our clients, our team, and our millions of viewers!
What You’ll Do
Warm and cold outreach to your existing book of business; while we’re looking for an experienced sales person who can run fast, you’ll also work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to identify target leads for new business development. You’ll work in tandem with the BP team to align on a focused outreach strategy so that you are set up for success.
Conduct strategic prospecting and identify key opportunities for Jubilee to connect with different and exciting brands; you’ll tap into your creativity to pitch new partnerships.
Focus on forging new business relationships with a variety of existing and new business clients.
Own the strategy of and aim to meet the brand partnership team’s quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Manage inbound proposals and identify high-interest opportunities to collaborate.
Leverage your target client research to create stunning and tailored pitch decks and creative write-ups.
Work side-by-side with Jubilee’s Creative Team to develop sponsorship concepts that are authentic to Jubilee’s mission and brand voice.
Author and achieve elevated creative responses for Jubilee’s brand partnerships pitches.
Work with our accounting department to manage the finance process.
Communicate with Jubilee’s internal team to ensure project timelines and standards are met with ease.
Who You Are
3-5+ years of Account Executive/Management experience either at an advertising agency or in house.
High-level thinker with a strategic and personable approach to brand collaboration.
Extremely comfortable and confident pitching collaboration opportunities to different clients and companies.
Fluency in digital media trends, strategies and brand partnership best practices.
Experience collaborating with production and creative teams is a strong plus! This role will oversee the execution of sold projects with support from relevant cross-department team leads.
Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow within the organization.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills.
