Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.YOUR ROLE:The Account Supervisor is a master of coordination, demonstrating high potential in core Business Leadership skills. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. You will partner with and own the relationships with client stakeholders. You are an agency driver who works to keep the agency operations moving along.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Acts as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, internal team members, and other agency partners.Actively listens to client needs and feedback and can articulately communicate it back to the internal team with clear directions on next steps.Easily references prior conversations, internally or with clients, and ensures information is shared with relevant parties, is connected to relevant projects, and is documented for future use.Builds and fosters client trust and effectively manages their feedback and requests against the scope.Builds strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and has an unshakable 'can-do' positive attitude.Proactively manages workflow, partnering with a Project Manager to ensure timelines and deliverables are met and can comfortably course-correct if needed.Manages projects autonomously and actively supports Sr Account Director in management of more complex projects and collaborations with other agency partners.Develops kickoff briefs for new and incoming projects to align against client goals and business objectives.Works with and mentors Sr Account Executive throughout project process.Has an analytics mindset and is comfortable with technical and potentially more complex conversations.Comfortable working across a variety of customer experience touchpoints and be the integration point for teams within Tech, Contact Center, Strategy, MarSci, and other Account Leads.Can challenge direction on project outcomes internally and with clients.Responsible for overall client satisfaction, delivery, and service/product quality.Has laser focus attention to detail and can build and proof client-facing materials while also ensuring documentation is established.Build relationships and establish open communication streams with other agency partners in an IAT environment.Openly accepts feedback (work performance and/or team performance) and has the ability to course correct.Stays calm and focused under pressure and can skillfully manage project challenges with a solution-oriented approach.REQUIRED SKILLS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3+ years experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing.Previous integrated marketing account experience and CRM experience a plus.Possess excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Is an excellent team player with outstanding communication, written and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of cross-functional projects.Ability to build relationships and communication flow with clients and internal teams.Strong strategic skills and ability to develop storytelling decks that marry metrics and data insights with key project objectives, approach, and recommendation. Experience working with Strategists and/or Data Analysts a plus.Can effectively manage cross-functional team members to ensure there's collaboration, communication, and alignment.Ability and experience in pivoting and course correcting when challenges come up (i.e. comfortable in partnering with internal team members to find alternate solutions and manage timelines and expectations).Has basic exposure and knowledge of Technology (e.g. platforms, systems front/back end, user flows, product release schedules, etc.).Has understanding of technical environments, including a willingness and desire to learn.Experience in working collaboratively with multiple Agency partners and building relationships.Champions the work we do for the client and also serves as a voice for them internally.Experience working with a Contact Center team a plus.Has eagerness to learn and is comfortable asking questions to build their knowledge of the Army business and the inner workings of internal teams.Our hybrid work model:RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications, etc. This is an exempt position.
