4flow is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead sales of SAP consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly in SAP solutions, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.

What your new challenge will look like

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Define market opportunities, target segments, and competitive positioning strategies for SAP consulting services.

Business Development:

Responsible for business development, including acquiring new customers and selling to existing customers. You will attend conferences and trade events, conduct follow-up, develop proposals, negotiate and close deals and participate internally in cross-selling opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations. Understand client business challenges and goals to position our SAP consulting services effectively.

Pipeline Management:

Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Implement effective sales processes, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales team.

Solution Selling:

Collaborate with our consulting and delivery teams to tailor SAP solutions to meet client needs. Leverage deep industry knowledge and understanding of SAP products and services to articulate value propositions and drive sales conversions.

Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing client accounts. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our service offerings and market presence.

Why you belong at 4flow

University degree, preferably in business studies (ideally with a major in logistics/SCM) or industrial engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on SAP solutions and consulting services.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex solutions and influence decision-makers.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling a sales organization.

Knowledge of SAP products, solutions, and technologies.

Existing network of contacts and relationships within the SAP ecosystem.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting, delivery, and marketing.

Open to travel (50%) for client meetings, conferences, events etc.
