Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Consumer Insights, you will be responsible for creating culturally-resonant, breakthrough creative across the funnel to drive long-term brand equity and customer growth. This includes developing the go-to-market advertising strategy and executing cross-channel campaigns - working closely with insights, comms, media, performance marketing and product partners - to bring our brand to life in the right channels with compelling creative assets.
We are looking for a team member who is a strong communicator, marketing leader and strategic thinker. This person must be motivated, highly creative, and outgoing, with a deep passion for travel - obsessive about and tapped into culture and consumer behavior. This person should possess an intellectual curiosity to learn, the courage to pursue and test new ideas, and the executional skills to drive measurable success.

In this role you will get to:
Architect Priceline's creative platform and campaign strategyChampion, produce and execute cross-functional expression of creative platform across TV/Video, Audio, Social (Paid & Organic) and Influencer activitiesLead creative AOR + social agencies from initial briefing through production, execution and optimizationInform other marketing tactics (search, affiliate, performance social and O&O / CRM channels) with creative direction and campaign messagingPartner with Brand Strategy lead in assessing brand health and impact of advertising efforts, using learnings to inform creative briefs and optimizations and produce regular reporting to communicate success metrics to senior leadersPartner with Brand Media lead in bringing breakthrough creativity to media solutionsCollaborate with PR lead to generate buzz-building ideas in support of the campaign idea, along with influencer extensionsBuild business cases for testing into new channels, using data to inform campaign strategy and decision makingManage budget for brand and awareness efforts, including production budgets, agency retainers and other support partnersKeep ongoing pulse on cultural trends, consumer behavior, the travel industry, key competitors and emergent brands - identifying opportunities to deposition competition, capture brand consideration and grow preference for Priceline legal and compliance review process for brand campaign assets
Who you are:
Have 6-10 years of experience in brand marketing and advertisingExperience with creative development, agency management, campaign production (including video shoots)Manage paid media campaigns for channels mentionedExperience in partner/vendor management, including the accrual process, weekly pacing documentation, and monthly reconciliationA proactive leader who is able to thrive in an environment with a high level of independence and integrityEnergetic and collaborative, with strong creative acumen, and strategic-based, data-informed judgmentComfortable with cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organizationCapable of crafting a clear creative vision, while equally focused on the details, quality of execution and ROI to the businessExcellent leadership and team building/management skills, and can provide clear and concise direction and feedback to internal and external partnersNatural curiosity and interest in cultural trends, consumer behaviors and social platformsDemonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and TrustThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
