Vice President Total Rewards Summary & Responsibilities:

Serves as a strategic Team Resources leader and is responsible for the design, implementation and communication of BayCare's Total Rewards Strategy.

Responsible for ensuring all reward programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and TR Technology systems are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the organization.

Provides strategic operational leadership supporting the development of Total Rewards programs that are market competitive, cost effective and optimize BayCare's ability to attract and retain top talent.

Provides that Team Resources systems maximize productivity, while providing accurate, reliable data by which to make sound business decisions.

Ensures TR systems support our customer focus by providing user-friendly access to leadership, team members, and external applicants.

Oversees the development of an effective Team Resources communications strategy that is team member focused, consistent, and leverages technology to support the overall Team Resources strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years leading the design and implementation of Total Rewards Programs (Compensation, Benefits and/or HRIS).

Preferred Experience includes 5 years Total Rewards Management in a large health system.

Required Specific Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of compensation or benefits programs and design;

Experience working the external vendors; and Experience managing executive compensation programs.

Preferred Certification & Licensure includes CCP, CBP or PHR.

Required Education:

Required - Bachelors Degree in Business; Human Resources; Healthcare Administration; Or Related Field;

Preferred - Masters Degree in Business Administration; Hospital Administration; or Related Field
