This pivotal role involves spearheading product strategy, execution, and team development while providing guidance on product architecture. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, foster collaboration across departments, and cultivate top talent within the organization. Lead and manage global product teams across various domains including advertiser/publisher experiences, traffic acquisition, pricing, platform infrastructure, and internal optimizations. Drive the recruitment, retention, and training of top-tier product managers and leaders.Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our global product suite, focusing on driving exceptional customer outcomes, revenue, and profit growth. Utilize CNX/Taboola's leadership position in performance marketing and targeting technology to deliver impactful results.Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and direction globally. Advocate for building distinctive products, enhancing performance, and delivering high-quality traffic to customers. Guide the team to execute successfully on the product strategy.Oversee the prioritization process, making swift decisions to ensure the team focuses on the most critical projects.Collaborate with business, engineering, and operations to execute the product roadmap and strategy. Work closely with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and effectively launch products. Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to influence business strategy.Foster a culture of execution and product shipping within the team, setting high expectations for individual and team performance. Contribute to the overall company vision and strategy through a strong product culture.Requirements
Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product management leadership roles within internet-based services/products.Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams across multiple locations, time zones, and with remote employees.Proven track record of hiring and developing individual contributors, managers, and directors.Strong domain knowledge and experience in digital advertising/marketing.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.Exceptional executional, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data to drive product decisions and strategy.Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, understanding products in detail while maintaining a broader vision.Strong communication skills across various mediums.Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.Proactive operational mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive proactive solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in building category-defining products.Proficiency in managing products across different stages, from market fit to scalability and optimization.Experience in building multi-sided marketplaces and platforms.Leadership experience with teams of 10+ product managers.Strong background in computer science or related fields.Benefits
