www.rangeward.com .Range Ward is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily production and scheduling of our in-house managed grazing products across the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing agricultural or livestock production operations, with a focus on optimizing schedules, labor and processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. The Operations Director will play a pivotal role in coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring production to forecast and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all production across multiple sites in the USA and Canada.Oversee and become responsible for the efficient fabrication of all Range Ward equipment.Manage facilities and production assets.Work with direct reports to build and distribute product in the USA and Canada.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Ensure all sites comply with standard regulations in both the US and Canada.Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to align production goals with overall business objectives.Lead and mentor individuals and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.Monitor and analyze operational performance data, providing reports to senior leadership and identifying areas for improvement.Work with Operations Manager to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials and delivery of finished products.Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs while meeting production targets.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance production and sustainability efforts.Location and Work Environment:This position is located in
