Lead complex cross-functional projects
that involve strategic technical initiatives with minimal supervision.Plan projects
in line with project management best practices and Everlaw-specific norms. This includes identifying stakeholders, collecting and analyzing requirements, defining scope and key technical milestones, creating comprehensive project plans including schedule, testing, and communication plans, building project teams, and assigning tasks.Execute projects
by managing day-to-day project activities and resources, monitoring and tracking project progress, updating project plans and documentation, facilitating data-driven decision making and problem solving, influencing and collaborating on change efforts, and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.Keep stakeholders engaged and informed
by providing timely project progress updates and soliciting key stakeholders’ input when appropriate.Contribute
to the project management team’s documentation and best practices with your expertise and lessons learned.Help drive continuous improvement
of company-wide systems, processes, and procedures.Work hands-on
wherever needed.About you
You have at least 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on technical projects, and may have PMP or other project management certifications.You have led technical projects from ideation to implementation, in the areas of systems implementation, strategic technical transformation, or product innovation and launch.As a plus, you are familiar with software development cycles, IT infrastructure, SaaS implementation and change management, and cyber security best practices, and have experience in a SaaS, cloud-based, or technology-driven organization.You are an outstanding written and verbal communicator and collaborator, across business, IT, security, engineering, product, and leadership teams, maintaining a positive attitude in difficult situations.You can influence, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams in pursuit of project objectives.You have well-established organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and data analysis skills.You manage multiple responsibilities and ambiguity with the agility to shift tasks or roles when necessary, working both independently and as a team player.You embrace change and technology to drive continuous improvement, and coach others through this process.You have a deep sense of integrity, credibility, and ownership, and have the desire to deliver the best possible result.You have a BA or BS and a growth mindset to keep learning and developing your skills.You are authorized to work in the United States; please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring visas for any positions.Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $180,000.
