We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents daily to create a strong sense of community and connectivity.Join us in making a difference in people’s lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally.We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Manager to join our team at Grand South, River Road Manor & Estates, three apartment communities in St. Louis, MO & Jennings, MO, with 201 total units.Position Summary:As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the two properties.Responsibilities:Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceTrain, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as neededAbout Us:
