The HCP Creation Center Lead – Business Integration is responsible for partnering with the Digital Acquisitions/Collaborations/Divestitures (ACD) team, Chief Marketing Office, and corresponding regional leads to understand the current and future unmet business needs of Pfizer’s Commercial Business Integration solutions. This position will be fully responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing the corresponding business case(s) to secure funding required to drive significant business value through the use of technology.This position will drive consensus across the Digital ACD and Commercial Business functions on a comprehensive business technology plan, including a capability roadmap, the related investment plan, and cross-functional C4 plan for acquisitions and divestitures. Specific areas of focus include roadmap alignment between ACD and C4, comprehensive Commercial Digital business plan for each acquisition and divestiture, and roadmap for consistent use of HCP data by Pfizer Commercial applications.Position will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of approved projects and ensuring the Pfizer development processes are followed.Role Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to drive significant business value through the use of technology.Develop and maintain the strategy for the global CFC Business Integration tools components and capabilities along with the corresponding technology investment plan.Demonstrate global reach and operate across business units to drive process harmonization and technology adoption.Participate in Leadership Team meetings comprised of both Digital and Business Leaders.Demonstrate innovative thinking to identify unique business opportunities and solve complex business problems.Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive operations framework.Compliance with Chief Marketing Office (CMO), Biopharma Operations (BPO), Business Unit and other Digital processes and financial procedures is required.Manage the evolution of the standard CFC Business Integration solutions.Author business cases to outline overall strategy for the CFC Business Integration business functions.Provide oversight and guidance to project teams.Lead and guide multiple projects simultaneously.Define project team roles, screen vendor candidates, and assemble project teams.Review functional and technical designs to ensure usability and customer experience.On-time, on-budget, on-quality project delivery; client satisfaction on a project-to-project basis.Project budget accountability including managing actual spend vs. budget.Qualifications
Must-HaveBachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred.12+ years of relevant experience in information technology.Experience with Global Customer Facing Colleague Business Integration solutions.Proven experience designing, delivering and maintaining IT business solutions.Demonstrated competency in Software Development Lifecycle management.Experience working with business teams developing strategy and operating plans.Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent agile certification required.High level of awareness of internal and external technology trends.Demonstrated leadership experiences and capabilities.Nice-to-HaveCertified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus.Technical SkillsTechnology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.Experience in vendor negotiations.Proven ability to mentor technical leaders and develop colleagues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks.Ability to collaborate in a complex, matrix environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Demonstrated capabilities with software development processes.Other Job DetailsLast day to apply: November 1, 2024Work Location Assignment: Hybrid - on premise at any Pfizer site in US or Europe 2.5 days per week or as needed by the business.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00.
