Your role will be to assist in managing and delivering business-critical change initiatives with local clients. We drive growth for top-tier clients throughout their business lifecycle from envisioning and planning through deployment and optimization.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizationsCreate a customized change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the projectLead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersProvide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program healthAnticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be neededEnsure that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectivesDetermine appropriate metrics and measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust improve implementation resultsDetermine new target operating models and organization designCoordinate with other initiatives to make sure there is a common understanding on timelines and other overlapsDevelop readiness and skilling content leveraging multiple modalities based on customer experience best practicesUtilize Project Management frameworks and methods in a variety of rolesIdentify opportunities to provide or create additional client valueContribute to internal areas such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and moreEngage in activities dedicated to supporting our cultureCollaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groupsMaintain program sites as a repository for all project informationContribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverablesAssess the current business process and supporting systems in an effort to identify process gaps and/or deficiencies.Develop and document processes, use cases, etc. to demonstrate business requirements.Analyze “as is” state and document future needs; make recommendations about potential opportunities to streamline business processes.Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals, understanding how potential process and system changes might impact upstream and downstream processes and/or systems.Work and/or collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop business cases as well as define a roadmap to implement the remediation.Advise key stakeholders on the latest principles, best practices, and/or technologies and their practical application.Work with key stakeholders to improve existing or developing new operational processes and procedures, on a regional/global basis as needed.Assist with the organization transformation including building internal process expertise and capabilities.Implement recommended solutions and support business transformationContribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.Perform subject matter research and business analysis.Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.Support practice, thought leadership, and people development.5+ years’ experience leading significant business transformationengagements with successful outcomes in complex organizationsConsulting experience requiredExperience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologiesStrong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goalAbility to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organizationSolid facilitation experienceProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworksProsci or other Change Management certifications preferredMotivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguityConfident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedbackAbility to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving resultsExhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethicSalary + Annual Discretionary BonusHealthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance policiesGenerous time offParental leave paid at 100% of base pay for all new parents regardless of genderBuilding Healthy Families Program9 Company Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday401(k)Plan – 4% matching on day 1College save-up plan & college loan repayment planMonthly cell phone stipendGym Reimbursement through firm medical planNew York Compensation Info:New York compensation for this role is between $126,000 and $132,000 per year.
