Who we are looking forState Street Alpha’s Model Office integration team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in integration, project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows, and business architecture in order to implement/create/recommend Alpha platform end-to-end integration. State Street Alpha combines our unique capabilities in data and analytics to better serve our clients, and the model office serves as the environment where all the components of Alpha integrate. As a model office team member, you will help build the clients' end state end-to-end architecture and provide insights and data solutions. We are seeking an individual who can identify innovative ways in solving complex issues that require business and integration experience in order to identify an optimal solution and disseminate the suggested path forward.What you will be responsible forAs Alpha Professional Services Lead, Private Markets you will:Solution Design:
Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our Private Asset Management clients, leveraging our front-to-back office platform.Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.Workflow Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation across multiple asset classes with a focus on private credit, private equity, real assets, etc.Data Analysis:
Leverage data analysis techniques to inform solution design and identify potential risks and challenges.Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and ongoing support.Platform Expertise:
Become a subject matter expert on our front-to-back office platform and its capabilities.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.7+ years of relevant work experience in Private Markets Product Management, Fund Marketing, and/or Investor Relations, with knowledge of credit required of experience in the financial services industry.Comprehension of basic quantitative financial concepts, such as performance calculations, risk analysis, valuation techniques, portfolio optimization techniques, and/or statistical analysis.Proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.Deep understanding of front, middle, and back office operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5+ years’ experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, management consulting firm, or in another finance-related role with similar responsibilities.Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability a plus (i.e., CRD, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software, etc.).Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, defect tracking (Jira, ServiceNow).Experience working in cloud data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake.About State StreetWhat we do.
