Complex Anterior Segment & Cornea Specialist

We are a physician-owned, long established multi-specialty practice in the San Francisco Bay Area (Sonoma County) seeking another Complex Anterior Segment/Cornea specialist due to expansion and succession planning. The new surgeon would immediately inherit a retiring surgeon's cataract case load (at least 300 cases expected the first year), in addition to having a solid volume of cornea and anterior segment referrals to maintain their skills. We are open to both established and entry-level physicians; our current partners will happily mentor a fellowship graduate just starting out in practice.We have a close and collegial relationship with the nearby academic center and a very large catchment area for referrals. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance for each of our team players.Looking for a skilled and hardworking colleague with partnership track options available, including ownership in a successful ASC with state-of-the-art equipment.Starting salary range:

$230k to $275k, commensurate with experience, with greater earning potential as a partner. BC/BE physicians are encouraged to apply.
