RadiFi Credit Union is seeking an experienced operational retail leader who can drive efficiencies and simplicity through all retail systems, processes and channels through the members’ lens as the new Vice President of Retail Operations. This individual will ensure that business initiatives are met while fostering a culture of excellence and member-centric service aligned with its new brand.
The chosen individual will work in collaboration with senior leaders and report to the Chief Experience Officer to oversee and direct the retail banking operations. This includes managing the branch network and member engagement center, which will drive loan and deposit growth. The Vice President will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the retail division maximizes technology usage to improve the member experience and create service efficiencies, along with managing and complying with all procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
As the incoming leader, the Vice President will create a “road map” of operational processes and improvements and provide input on the strategic direction, vision, and credit union-wide goals, including knowledge of lending practices.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Management, or a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of retail banking management experience and a minimum of eight (8) years of retail banking sales management experience in an upper management role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cross-collaborate across all divisions to ensure accountability is maintained throughout all member touchpoints. Symitar experience is strongly preferred.
