Senior Revenue Financial Planning & Strategy Analyst , you will play a critical role on the Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team. The FP&S team is responsible for the financial decision-making across the organization. The role supports a wide range of business processes and initiatives to maximize value and optimize company performance, including projects related to revenue, resource allocation, company-wide budgeting, long-term planning, and setting performance benchmarks for the company. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can communicate clearly and effectively. This is a highly visible role which will work closely with Finance Leadership and cross-functional business partners.What you’ll doManaging regular revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making for executives and predict trends, challenges, and opportunities.Establishing financial revenue targets and leading revenue planning in close collaboration with the product and GTM teams to ensure alignment on revenue initiatives and growth goals.Creating and maintaining advanced and intricate models for precise monthly, quarterly, and long-term revenue and KPI forecasting.Optimizing reporting and forecasting processes to improve accuracy and to increase automation.Utilizing data and insights to identify revenue problems and risks, and offering comprehensive solutions and recommendations to address them.Working with the accounting department to enhance processes and reporting, and to prepare quarterly revenue forecasts.Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to deeply understand the business and accurately forecast its growth.What you bring2+ years of relevant progressive Finance experience in a fast-paced and high growth environment, including Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.Superior analytical and problem solving skills with experience building financial models.Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.An ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.Highly detailed individual with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills.Excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level.Bonus: Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and experience with Adaptive Planning and/or Oracle a plus.What you’ll getA fast-paced and collaborative environment.Learning and development allowance.Competitive cash and equity compensation and opportunity for advancement.100% medical, dental, and vision coverage.Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services.Flexible PTO policy.Monthly wellness stipend, home office stipend.At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection.
