We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.What you’ll do:Direct the planning, installation, and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure safety and efficiency. Ensure the timely execution of all engineering operations for smooth and effective running of catering facilities, accomplishing all related tasks pertaining to all facilities management, general maintenance, as well as air conditioning & refrigeration units.A Day as a Maintenance Manager:Implement programs involving work safety, electrical, mechanical, and general construction, repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment.Assign, supervise, and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment which contributes to the safe and effective operation of the facility.Visually inspects quality of work and assign staff and direct outside contractors in tasks according to performance and productivity standards.Assist as needed in the maintenance, monitoring, and testing emergency and security systems, features like Fire Alarm, CCTV, etc.Receive, inventory, maintain records of and repair incoming and outbound US based F1 catering equipment inventory using in house Maintenance management programTravel to sites for in person installation and maintenance of catering equipment for large scale events as needed.R ecommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.Hire, discipline, evaluate, counsel, and train maintenance staff on correct maintenance procedures, accident prevention and assist in repairs as needed.Provide input on and implement preventive maintenance programs/schedules for all major equipment and store systems.Implement and maintain facility safety.Order material/parts in partnership with purchasing and complete work assignments on time and by a specified date .Negotiate contracts as needed with outside vendors in cooperation with management for execution of maintenance work.Identify potential hazards and enforce personal protective equipment is available and correctly in use.Ensure proper records are kept including repair and service records.Act as cite liaison on an as needed basis for city/state/federal safety and regulatory agentsMaintain safe and healthy working environmentInvestigate accidents, prepare, and maintain required reportsProvide new hire orientation outlining the company’s safety rulesEnsure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic conditionPerform quality control checks on all systems and productsAnalyze data and draft reports as necessaryWho you are:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsRole model ability, leading a team, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to provide the best service with a problem-solving mentalityMeticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track DO & CO standardsConsiderable knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems with the ability to analyze their design and intent and performance.Considerable knowledge of construction and building systems.Ability to analyze trends in utility consumption report and predict energy forecastAbility to be a positive change champion for DO & CO, identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programs and strategiesAbility to perform duties in confined space and in awkward positions.Ability to remain calm in an emergency and to effectively deal with internal and external personnel.Ability to translate technical information or problems into layman’s terms, Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team successKnowledge in environmental legislation with strong exposure to Quality Standards and Quality SystemsFlexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays) Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, 3 of them in a supervisory role.Experience in any or all the following systems such as Industrial, Commercial, Refrigeration & HVAC, Industrial Kitchen Appliances and General Maintenance Engineering.Degree in engineering, facility management or equivalent preferredCertificate in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) SystemsWhat We Offer:Health Care + 401K.
