As a

Regional Vice President of OTP , you will plan, develop, organize, direct, and control the operation of the OTP programs to meet its mission and goals. You will be responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the assigned regional program clinics. This includes fostering compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, successful business performance, and the direct supervision of the clinic administrators and clinic operations teams.Benefits:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, or another related fieldFive (5) years of experience with supervision and/or management of Opioid Treatment ProgramsMust possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.Travel up to 75%. Time should include travel to assigned territories within the Pinnacle network.Overnight travel may be expected for this role.Preferred:

Master’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Psychology, or another related fieldResponsibilities:

Adhere to company standards of conduct as delineated in the Pinnacle Treatment Center Corporate Code of Ethics.Comply with Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures.Review Opioid Treatment Program and Treatment Policies and Procedures and participate in Policy Committee on a quarterly basis (or more often if needed) making recommendations for revision based on changing regulations in assigned territory.Implement and manage Corporate HR system, Training System, and Data Collections in the clinics supervised.Provide supervision to Regional Directors and other personnel as needed.Responsible for public relations and marketing efforts related to clinic operations.Maintain compliance with national accreditation, governmental regulations and maintain the clinic’s operating licenses.Responsible for overall regional performance and quality outcomes management, including clinic satisfaction with clinic services.Is an ambassador of change and communicates and implements changes efficiently.Works with development team for growth opportunities through de novos, acquisitions, expansions, and program enhancement.Responsible for payer and referral source satisfaction with the clinic.Responsible for physical plant improvements and appearance of the clinics supervised.Direct Regional Directors (facility directors, executive directors, treatment directors) in organization development and training of clinic staff.Achieve regional financial results to meet operations budget, reviewing monthly with executive team and direct reports and making necessary adjustments/recommendations to achieve budget.Works closely with other Regional Vice Presidents, executive team, and department heads to assist with success of the organization.Works closely with compliance and quality departments to ensure incidents are reported, monitored, trended, and debriefed according to PTC (Pinnacle Treatment Center) Policy and Procedures.Works closely with the call center and physicians to ensure proper coverage in territory.Responsible for building rapport with state and federal officials and ensuring direct reports communicate efficiently.Other duties as assigned.Join our team.
