Business Optimization Director (Chief of Staff- CCO)Job LocationsOverviewWe areCONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH.Come be part of remarkable.How you can make a differenceThe Business Optimization Director is responsible for a wide range of functions, including strategic planning, project management, business transformation and communications, all in support of the commercial organization. This role focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness across both sales and operations while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. By combining strategic oversight with project management and transformation initiatives, the director plays a key role in helping the commercial team achieve its objectives and continuously improve its processes. Additionally, this role will carry out Chief of Staff responsibilities, supporting the CCO in executing key initiatives, managing operational cadence, and leading special projects. A critical component of this role is leading and supporting commercial transformation initiatives to adapt the organization to market changes and new business opportunities.What you'll be doingWork closely with Commercial Leadership team by developing and refining sales enablement and operational strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.* Analyze and optimize sales and relationship management processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and operations, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.* Manage critical cross-team business priorities and operational processes to ensure seamless integration between sales, operations, and marketing.* Lead and support growth and transformation initiatives to modernize and enhance the commercial organization's capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.* Support CCO by prioritizing and managing the commercial strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.* Lead the development of strategic meeting agendas and cadences, including weekly leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).* Manage special projects, often involving cross-functional teams, to address critical business needs or opportunities.* Lead and manage key projects within the commercial organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.* Develop detailed presentations, project plans, set timelines, and manage resources to meet project goals.* Prepare and develop CCO presentations for the board of directors, and other management meetings.* Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.* Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects.What you will need to be successful* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field* 12+ years proven experience in sales operations, project management, and supporting senior executives.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.* Experience in developing and managing operational cadences, including business reviews and leadership meetings.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Experience in leading or supporting sales transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and process optimization.* MBA or relevant certification, preferred
