Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.What You'll Do:

Drive sales of our high-value ($1M - $5M) technological hardware products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with existing clients.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop sales strategies.

Prior experience in the space industry is not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a passion for pushing boundaries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling hardware (Products and/or components)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

Proven success in securing high-value contracts (over $1M)

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience in tech startup companies

Experience in selling advanced technologies within the deep tech industry

Technical background

Demonstrated success in lobbying efforts to secure contracts with government agencies (e.g., NASA, DoD)

Salary/Pay

$100,000 - $130,000/year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
