Centro Benefits Research is an employee benefits service organization which provides research, analysis, and process facilitation for employee benefits consultants and insurance carriers. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital Health, one of the largest leading Benefits and HR Consulting firm in the country. Our team is rapidly growing and so is our need for various functions supporting business and operations. Therefore, we are seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for developing and managing our business reporting function. Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance and Quality
Own, collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data. Build/run audits and automated jobs in our CRM including sync-up with carrier & broker data sets to ensure up-to-date data accuracy. Work with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze and resolve data discrepancies and other issues. Build and Run Management Reporting
Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling to support business decisions. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and ad-hoc business performance insights tied into long-term strategic goals. Create a comprehensive portfolio of Reports and Dashboards inside of our CRM and/or BI tools. Present regular status reports to both internal & external stakeholders, as well as senior management. Improve Reporting Capabilities and Advance Analytical Function
Collaborate with CRM leadership and both internal/external stakeholders to identify key opportunities, recommend system modifications/enhancements, and provide efficiency for quick reporting. Use knowledge of business context and operational environment to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve business benefits. Apply best practices relative to data management, CRM and financial management processes. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other relevant concentration Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite Power user of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc) 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce Solid experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, CRM Analytics, Tableau, etc.) Experience with database query languages (SQL, etc.) Experience with ETL tools (Dataloader.io, Jitterbit, Fivetran, etc.) Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Salesforce Administrator certification preferred Knowledge of insurance domain preferred AI / ML experience is a plus Takes initiative and follows through on projects and assignments Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and getting things done Self-starter with ability to balance priorities and work in a lean environment Outstanding troubleshooting, communication, presentation, documentation, and leadership skills Ability to clearly convey complex data and information across a wide range of audiences. Excellent organizational and time management skills •Enjoys being part of a smaller team with a big mission
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
