The
Sr. Business Systems Analyst
is responsible for contributing to the overall operations excellence of the company by leveraging skills in business process and systems design, documentation, and complex team facilitation. The successful candidate will use design skills to translate strategic ideas into specific details that can be implemented, and clearly understood by business and technical teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Document business and functional requirements that describe, in detail, the systems for digital customer experiences, for internal employee tools, and for customer journey automation.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from business units, application developers, configuration teams, and data teams to bring multiple perspectives together for a single solution.Thoughtfully research and interview teams, and review documentation, to anticipate scenarios to avoid major design gaps.Transform game-changing ideas that differentiate our company into clear designs and requirements that we can implement through technology.Create workshop facilitation plans and facilitate workshops or work sessions that translate an initiative's high-level concept into key design criteria.Diagram cross-functional business processes that change, or introduce a new, business process that is feasible to be implemented with people and systems.Document business and functional requirements in documentation that clarify business rules, features, and other critical information in clear terms.Use test plan criteria to determine whether documented requirements are sufficiently met.Own and oversee functional documentation over time as a responsible steward who can explain how processes and systems work such as when encountering a change or issue.Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.Create a database for completed projects that will be used as templates and to further educate stakeholders.Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in business, design, or information technologyMinimum of three (3) years' experience as an Analyst or in a similar role in an operations, digital/online, or customer experience functionAbility to analyze and interpret data and present visual representationsExpert-level computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VisioExcellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policiesStrong time management and organizational skills and knowledge to meet deadlinesAbility to prepare presentations, summary reports, develop and deliver executive-level communicationsAbility to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsTelecommunications industry experience preferredBENEFITS:
