What You'll Do
Responsible for making sure all staffing needs are met in a timely mannerEnsure positive employee relations and build the CMC culture based on our Guiding PrinciplesResponsible for day-to-day transactions such as processing new hires and employee data changes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information entered in the systemOversee implementation of CMC programs to comply with various governmental regulations dealing with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related Federal & State lawsAssist with investigations and formulate responses to government, legal or internally reported employee relations chargesParticipate in compensation planning, performance assessment and employee development planningUnderstand and educate employees regarding CMC's benefits, including support of the annual enrollment processIdentify and communicate general issues and concerns to the HR Manager and participate in solving such issuesEnsure consistent CMC policy implementationWhat You'll Need
Minimum 3 years work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relationsKnowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, E-Verify, and other related Federal & State laws requiredStrong client facing skills with a consultative mindset and ability to effectively problem solveProficient in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerpointAbility to travel locally up to 20-40%; future mobility preferredYour Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required
