Software Application Support Analyst
This is an onsite position with the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule once the candidate is fully operational.ResponsibilitiesProvide software application support and create new applications as needed.Develop a data repository to consolidate financial and operational data from various business units.Implement a robust bar code scanning system to streamline processes.Write and implement clean, scalable code to ensure efficient application performance.Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues and improve application stability.Perform thorough application testing and follow change management disciplines to ensure seamless integration.Collaborate with end-users to identify issues and develop effective solutions or workarounds.Provide PC Technical Support when needed (break/fix, software installations, technical support).QualificationsKnowledge and experience with SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and object-oriented software engineering principles.Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in IT programming or a related field, as well as working knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI.Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
