Responsibilities:Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.Become well-versed in how to manage and utilize CRM tool, sales pipeline tool and prospect database to support Sales goals.Assist in developing and maintaining a real-time process for managing, updating and monitoring sales pipeline and all prospect-related activities.Maintain contact listManage outreach to high engagement leads/coordinate with leadership on follow up, as needed.Attend weekly meetings to summarize activity and be prepared to report on outreach with Business leads.Schedule and conduct initial sales calls. Utilize CRM system to manage call notes and action items.Build prospect relationships- send additional information, nurture/post information follow up, guide the prospect toward a call with the business leader.Coordinate with Marketing team and business leaders to compile proposal/materials for lead follow up.Attend conferences, as needed.Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related fieldExperience with HubSpot CRM a plusStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsOrganizational and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter who takes on responsibility and initiative.Some travel may be required.Experienced in Microsoft Office 365.Working at ViewPoint Partners
